About role:

● As a Solution architect, you will be responsible for defining methodology, best practices, and facilitating the use of automation, archives & tools for the Customer Success department.

Responsibilities:

● New initiatives/opportunities to bring automation by leveraging the smartShift code transformation platform.

● Should be able to thrive in a highly collaborative workplace and actively engage with the teams spread across different geographical locations.

● Collaborate closely with the customer / Partner teams to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and tailor the smartShift legacy solutions powered by automation.

● Collaborate with other internal teams, such as Product and Engineering, and contribute to automating custom code transformations.

● The successful applicant will also be expected to participate in SAP ABAP clean core transformation projects.

Experience & Skills:

● 8 to 10 years of experience in ABAP development.

● At least 3 years of client-facing experience, ability to oversee several details of multiple projects simultaneously.

● Exposure to end-to-end project lifecycle, technical solutions, and system landscapes.

● Desirable to have been involved in end-to-end software services/product development.

● SAP S4HANA experience is a plus.

● Good to have exposure to ABAP development tools, such as ABAP Development Tools (ADT), Eclipse, and SAP Business Application Studio.

● Exhibit good leadership skills with Attention to detail, problem-solving solving and being innovative.

● Strong people orientation & collaboration skills.
