Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with extensive experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing IT assets, ensuring compliance, and integrating various systems to optimize asset utilization. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that align with our business objectives and enhance our ITAM capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement IT asset management solutions that meet organizational needs and compliance requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ITAM solutions with existing systems, including ServiceNow and other discovery integrations. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure accurate tracking of IT assets. - Lead initiatives to improve asset lifecycle management processes, including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM). - Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on best practices for IT asset management and compliance. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to ITAM and compliance. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles and practices. - Experience with ServiceNow and its integration capabilities. - Familiarity with Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) tools, specifically HAM Pro and SAM Pro. - Proficient in Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) management. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
