Summary

The Security Solution Architect provides technical consulting and pre-sales support to customers, designing and implementing security solutions that align with business strategies. The role involves creating high and low-level design documentation and advising clients on technology platforms to drive competitive advantage.

The Security Solution Architect will work in a team environment, providing technology consulting to our customers. This role involves offering technical counselling and support as part of the creation and delivery of technology solutions tailored to meet customers’ business needs, thereby gaining a deep understanding of their businesses.

The Security Solution Architect will establish and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure satisfaction. This highly motivated individual will stay abreast of innovative technologies and possess extensive industry and market domain knowledge.

Additionally, the Security Solution Architect will support account teams on complex projects and programs, delivering both business and technical solutions throughout the pre-sales process. This includes planning, design, implementation, and support to ensure that IT solutions align with the overall business strategy and architecture.

The role:

  • Technology and business enablement advocate to advise on standard methodologies for applying IT to drive competitive advantage.
  • Provide guidance to customers, driving solution architecture, and ensuring solution strategy is effectively aligned with business strategy.
  • Understand and implement a solution roadmap and select the right infrastructure and technology platform or product based on in-depth knowledge of one and broad knowledge of other technologies and/or alliance product landscape.
  • Chip in to the pre-sales activities of the business development team and deliver accurate and risk aware input into the estimating and planning processes
  • Production of high-quality user documentation (high / low Level Design Documents)
  • Encourage and facilitate the exchange of ideas within a community (e.g. team, practice, or project).
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and encourage team members to share and reuse information across projects.
