About this role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Solution Architect to join our ERP and Finance team on a fixed-term contract for six months.

Reporting to the Project Edge Project Manager, you will ensure the ERP, Microsoft 365 environment, data migration, data warehouse, vendor changes, infrastructure, cybersecurity, AI governance, analytics and reporting are considered as one coherent technical solution.

This is a senior, hands-on role requiring strong technical judgement, advanced analytical ability and exceptional communication skills.

Full time — 6 month fixed-term contract
Adelaide or Melbourne based

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the senior client-side technical representative for Project Edge and maintain an end-to-end view of the solution.
  • Review technical requirements, designs and implementation plans proposed by EY and other vendors against St Andrew's standards and technology constraints.
  • Lead the St Andrew's side of the data migration stream (target state, audit, etc).
  • Review scope, source systems, data objects, mappings, transformation rules, cleansing, loading, validation and reconciliation requirements.
  • Lead the data warehouse design and implementation in partnership with St Andrew's ICT.
  • Confirm data flows, integration points, data models, refresh requirements, ownership, quality, security and support arrangements.
  • Identify, coordinate and manage vendor changes required for Project Edge.
  • Clarify vendor responsibilities, dependencies, deliverables and technical acceptance requirements.

About You
  • Significant senior-level experience in solution analysis, solution architecture or technical leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex ERP implementations or enterprise technology transformations.
  • Strong experience across Microsoft 365 and Microsoft-aligned enterprise environments.
  • Proven client-side experience representing the implementing organisation.
  • Strong experience in data migration, including mapping, quality, validation and reconciliation.
  • Experience designing or implementing data warehouse, integration, analytics or enterprise-reporting solutions.
  • Broad knowledge of infrastructure, networks, cloud, identity, security, integrations and system environments.
  • Experience coordinating multiple vendors and complex technical dependencies.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, AI governance, privacy and enterprise data governance.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hospital, private healthcare or other regulated-environment experience.
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable Microsoft ERP experience.
  • Microsoft Azure data, analytics or integration experience.
  • Relevant solution architecture, Microsoft, cybersecurity or data-management qualifications.
