Solution Architect
Summary
Solution Architect for an insurance platform uplift and finance transformation project at a global ASX-listed enterprise. The role involves designing scalable solutions, integrating with Oracle Fusion, and producing technical designs while collaborating with internal and vendor teams.
Salary: $1100 - $1200 (incl. super) + GST
Talenza have been engaged by an Australian ASX listed company to find a Solution Architect to work across an insurance platform uplift. The successful candidate will be an experienced Solution Architect that has delivered a financial services transformation project, ideally within a financial services organisation.
This role requires 3 days per week in the Brisbane CBD office and is only open to candidates currently based in Brisbane with full working rights.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Solution Architect within the financial services or insurance sector, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
- Must have previously delivered a finance transformation project in an architecture role, with experience implementing or uplifting finance platforms and processes.
- Strong understanding of finance foundations and the ability to design solutions that integrate finance capabilities back into Oracle Fusion.
- Strong core Solution Architecture capabilities, including translating business and technical requirements into scalable, integrated solution designs.
- Demonstrated experience producing and reviewing both high-level and low-level technical designs, ensuring solutions are clearly defined through to implementation.
- Experience working across a combination of internal build teams and external/vendor development teams, providing architectural direction while development is delivered by multiple parties. Experience with Duck Creek or Prima XL is not required but is highly desirable.
- Ability to work closely with an Enterprise Architect, ensuring the solution aligns with broader enterprise architecture principles, standards and technology strategy.
