Solutions Architect and Technical Lead

What You’ll Do

• Lead technical coordination across the GEMS team and other IT teams to shape the overall technical vision.

• Lead product design and engineering for GEMS enhancements and integrations, supporting successful monthly releases.

• Work with Business Analysts and Developers on technical user stories in Azure DevOps and the documents needed for Change Advisory Board approval.

• Act as overall focal point for production incidents, coordinating root cause analysis and bug fixing with the L2 support team.

• Design the business, information, application, integration, security, infrastructure, and solution architectures for GEMS.

• Build solutions with Azure Container Apps, VNET/Subnet, Cosmos DB, and Power BI Services, and automate workflows with Power Automate.

• Run governance reviews of deliverables and proof-of-concepts, and check proposed solutions against architecture principles.

• Develop reusable frameworks, shared services, and reference architectures for various business lines.

• Lead data warehouse, BI, data migration, and data validation work, turning raw data into interactive dashboards and reports.

• Research emerging tools and technologies for the GEMS product roadmap.

What You’ll Bring

Must-have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

• 3+ years in a similar role with proven product leadership and solution architecture expertise.

• Experience with Right Integration Pattern (RIP) and Microservices Architecture.

• Experience designing solutions with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform.

• At least 2 years using and administering Moody’s Analytics (CreditLens, ORM Rating Models, Collaborative Analytics Platform, CreditLens Studio, DevExpress Reporting Tool).

• At least 1 year using and reporting with Loan IQ.

• At least 3 years configuring and developing on Dynamics 365 / Power Platform.

• At least 3 years using the Hybrid Integration Platform (HIP).

• Strong background in business process re-engineering and solution architecture design, with a solid grasp of SDLC and product management methodologies.

• Familiarity with cloud technologies, enterprise architecture frameworks, and integration strategies.

• Excellent English communication, able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences and engage senior stakeholders across cultures.

Nice to have

• Microsoft certifications: Power BI Data Analyst, Fabric Analytics Engineer, Power Platform/Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, Power Platform/Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert, Azure Solutions Architect Expert.

• TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Practitioner and DigiVision/Abacus Enterprise Architecture.

• Proficiency in emerging technologies such as AI, ML, RPA, chatbots, and blockchain.
