Solutions Architect

You will work hands-on with engineering organizations to configure environments, design workflows, enable developers, and solve technical problems. You will lead architecture reviews, guide rollout strategy, scale adoption, measure customer outcomes, and translate customer feedback into reusable product and workflow improvements.

Responsibilities

• Roll out Cursor across engineering organizations
• Configure environments and design workflows
• Run hands-on enablement sessions
• Integrate Cursor into production workflows
• Drive adoption and time-to-value
• Design expansion and rollout strategies
• Lead architecture reviews and technical working sessions
• Advise on developer productivity, governance, and AI adoption
• Coordinate with internal functions to unblock customer progress
• Connect adoption to measurable engineering outcomes
• Monitor competitive risk and support adoption recovery
• Provide structured customer feedback to Product and Engineering

Requirements

• Technical background in software engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or developer tooling
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role
• Hands-on experience with engineering teams
• Knowledge of developer workflows and SDLC tooling
• Knowledge of integrations and CI/CD systems
• Knowledge of governance and enterprise engineering environments
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and executive audiences
• Workflow design and adoption strategy skills
