Role Summary
Lead technical architect responsible for overall ORC
solution architecture including integrations, security model, and technical
design documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Define
end-to-end system architecture
- Own
Technical Design Document (TDD)
- Design
ORC configuration strategy
- Define
integration architecture (OIC, REST, SOAP, SFTP)
- Design
security and role-based access model
- Support
performance and infrastructure planning
- Review
integration error handling & monitoring
Required Experience
- 8+
years Oracle Fusion HCM technical experience
- 3+ ORC
implementations
- Strong
experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience
integrating ORC with PeopleSoft
Preferred
- Experience
with SSO/MFA implementations
- Experience
with compliance-driven environments
