Solutions Engineer

Lead technical and product demos through pre- and post-sales cycles, drive workshops and solution architecture, guide implementations, manage client relationships, collaborate with product and engineering teams, advocate for clients, and explain APIs through technical demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and product demos through pre- and post-sales cycles
• Drive technical workshops, solution architecture, implementation guidance, and executive presentations
• Manage continuous client relationships and understand technical support needs
• Collaborate with executive, product management, and engineering teams on new product features
• Act as a client advocate and provide feedback to internal teams
• Communicate client requirements to the Sales Team
• Explain APIs and create compelling technical demos

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Programming, or a related field
• 5+ years in a client-facing or technical role
• 5+ years of experience in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, financial services, banking, payments, and trading
• Prior pre-sales and/or post-sales experience
• Experience leading client engagements and projects
• Experience collaborating on RFIs, RFPs, and technical proposals
• Understanding of web services, applications, PaaS, SaaS, APIs, and SDKs
• Development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and web technologies
• Exceptional professionalism and communication skills
• Ability to self-manage and exercise professional judgment
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean proficiency is a plus
