Hebbia is hiring a Solutions Engineer in New York City to own the technical side of enterprise sales cycles: leading technical discovery, designing and configuring AI-powered workflows, and delivering live demos to C-suite stakeholders. The role requires experience with LLM-based workflows or data platforms and familiarity with banking, asset management, private markets, or legal customers.
You will own technical strategy from discovery through close for complex enterprise evaluations. You will conduct technical discovery, turn customer problems into solution frameworks, configure AI-powered workflows, and deliver live demos. You will identify risks, support Sales, and provide product feedback that informs positioning and roadmap decisions.
Responsibilities
- Own technical strategy from discovery through close in enterprise sales cycles
- Lead technical discovery of customer workflows, data, constraints, and success criteria
- Translate customer challenges into structured solution frameworks
- Design and configure AI-powered workflows for evaluations
- Deliver live demos and technical discussions for senior stakeholders
- Identify risks, challenge assumptions, and develop mitigation strategies
- Partner with Sales to improve win rates, deal velocity, and executive confidence
- Provide product feedback to inform positioning and roadmap decisions
Requirements
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role in complex enterprise sales environments
- Experience with AI systems, data platforms, LLM-based workflows, or decision intelligence platforms
- Experience earning trust from C-suite practitioners
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems into defensible solution approaches
- Experience selling to or performing analyst roles in banking, asset management, private markets, legal, or enterprise knowledge teams
