Summary
Internship as a solutions engineer at an IT consulting firm in Petaling Jaya: troubleshooting client issues, running daily system health checks and monitoring, maintaining a troubleshooting knowledge base, presenting preventive-maintenance findings, and helping deliver and test Microsoft-based solutions (Azure, Microsoft 365).
Job Descriptions:
- Work closely with team members to promptly handle and resolve issue
- Attend in-person client meetings. to investigate and troubleshoot reported issues.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of troubleshooting records
- Perform daily system health check, monitoring and recommend efficiency improvements
- Conduct monthly client meetings and present on preventive maintenance findings
- Assist with technical client inquiries and engage in project solutions delivery
- Implement and test solutions based on customer requirements.
- Update project status to the Solution Delivery team regularly.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or fresh graduates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft technologies or relevant skills.
- Microsoft Certification preferred, with experience in Microsoft Azure or Microsoft 365 as a bonus
- Willingness to work late hours to meet customer deadlines.
- Open to feedback and continuous improvement, able to work independently with good interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must be able to work on a rotational shift arrangement if require.
- Self-directed with the ability to drive change in unstructured environments
