The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Solutions/Systems Engineer to play a key role in designing, integrating and delivering Rauland's technology solutions across complex customer environments. Working across healthcare and mission-critical settings, you'll help deliver reliable, scalable and supportable solutions that connect people, systems and technology to improve healthcare outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Translate customer requirements into scalable solution designs, implementation plans and successful project outcomes.

· Integrate Rauland solutions with customer applications, infrastructure, databases and cloud platforms.

· Configure, deploy and support customer-hosted environments, ensuring reliable and secure performance.

· Lead testing, validation, troubleshooting and resolution of technical and integration challenges.

· Drive automation, Infrastructure-as-Code and continuous improvement to enhance delivery efficiency.

· Partner with customers and project teams to design and deliver technical solutions that meet business and operational requirements.

· Contribute to technical standards, knowledge sharing and innovation across the business.

About You

You are technically curious, commercially aware, and comfortable working through complexity.

You'll bring:

· Strong Linux administration experience, with hands-on involvement designing, deploying and supporting infrastructure, platform and integrated technology solutions within complex customer environments.

· Proven ability to deliver end-to-end projects, from solution design and implementation through to troubleshooting, optimisation and support transition.

· Solid understanding of systems integration, cloud and infrastructure architectures, with a practical approach to solving complex technical challenges.

· Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to translate technical concepts into business outcomes and build trusted customer relationships.

· Exposure to healthcare technology, mission-critical systems or complex enterprise environments.

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Docker and modern DevOps practices will be advantageous..
