Solutions Engineer
You will partner with Account Executives and customer technical contacts to architect tailored voice AI solutions. You will create technical demonstrations, enablement resources, self-service tools, and documentation. You will identify repeatable integration patterns and work with product teams to turn them into scalable features.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to strengthen the technical sales process.
- Work with customer and prospective-customer technical contacts to provide tailored support and architect solutions.
- Create technical demonstrations that communicate the product's value.
- Develop technical enablement resources for the sales team.
- Build self-service tools and documentation for customer implementation.
- Identify common integration patterns and work with product teams to productize them.
Requirements
- Passion for AI, technology, and ElevenLabs products.
- Experience working directly with customers on technical solutions.
- Ability to identify patterns that can be standardized and scaled.
- Empathy for customers, sales teams, and product teams.
- Technical background in architecting integrations with existing customer solutions.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Deep understanding of software development, software architecture, and common integration patterns.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt messaging for different audiences.
