With nearly 40 years of experience in developing cutting-edge automated sample preparation solutions (www.palsystem.com), we empower laboratories across life sciences, food, environmental analysis, chemical, and research sectors.
To further strengthen and expand our global Services business, we are currently seeking an experienced Solutions Sales Specialist EMEA to join our team. This position can be based either at our headquarters in Zwingen or at our office in Zurich.
Solutions Sales Support Specialist EMEA 100%
Tasks
- Support OEM and VAR partners across EMEA
- Develop application workflows and proof-of-concept solutions
- Support technical selling and new customer project acquisition
- Conduct customer and partner trainings
- Participate in customer meetings, seminars, trade shows and conferences
- Identify market opportunities and contribute to new workflow solutions
- Create application notes and technical documentation
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Product Management
Requirements
- Practical experience in analytical chemistry
- Strong GC-MS and LC-MS experience
- Experience in automated sample preparation
- Customer- and business-oriented mindset
- Good understanding of the analytical instrument market in EMEA
- Proactive and professional communication skills
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- Willingness to travel within EMEA, up to approx. 30%
