Join our team as a Spa Assistant / Lifeguard and help create a safe, clean and tranquil environment for our guests. You'll deliver exceptional service while maintaining the high standards and serene atmosphere of our Aqua Sana Forest Spa.
What you'll be doing
Provide lifeguard support and ensure guest safety at all times
Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the guest experience
Maintain cleanliness and ambience through daily spa upkeep and deep cleaning routines
Support general maintenance to uphold spa presentation and hygiene standards
Please note Trainee candidates must attend a 5-day NPLQ course and employment will be subject to passing the course.

Your working hours
Part-time contract, shifts fall between 6:00am to 9:30pm
-You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 128 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
This role includes early mornings, evenings, alternate weekends and bank holidays
About you
RLSS Pool Lifeguard / NARS Qualification- for Qualified Lifeguards
Clear communicator with strong time management, attention to detail and initiative
Ability to build positive relationships across all levels and work well in a team
Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues
As part of the interview process, candidates are required to complete a swim test.
Note: You'll need to complete a DBS check before starting (we'll help with that).
