Key Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for the operational and financial results of the Spa, ensuring profitability and driving development.
  • Ensure the W experience in accordance with brand standards and with the LQA and FORBES standards.
  • Develop marketing strategy, build member loyalty, enrich the programming, maintain customer relationships.
  • Create and develop treatment concepts, partnerships, and innovative offers.
  • Analyze sales and financial reports monthly; propose recommendations based on market, seasonality, competition, and trends.
  • Build an effective Talent structure to maintain productivity and efficiency ratios.
  • Collaborate with the marketing leadership to develop the annual plan, coordinate promotional offers. Ensure internal and external visibility.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Swiss hygiene and safety regulations as well as group standards. Guarantee maintenance of equipment and facilities.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
  • Implement a structured training program for Talents (permanent staff, seasonal, extras), conduct performance reviews, manage scheduling, attendance, leave, and absences.

Required Criteria

Minimum 3 years’ experience in an equivalent role in a luxury Spa.

Experience in luxury hospitality.

Fluent in French and English.

Experience in a seasonal establishment is an advantage.

Great attention to detail and a real passion for delivering a memorable experience.
