Spa Therapist
We are seeking a professional and dedicated Spa Therapist to provide high-quality spa and wellness treatments while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have excellent massage and body treatment skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers relax and improve their well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional spa treatments, including body massage, aromatherapy, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, body scrub, body wrap, and other wellness therapies.
- Assess customers' needs and recommend suitable treatments, wellness packages, and retail products.
- Ensure customers receive a comfortable, relaxing, and professional spa experience.
- Prepare treatment rooms, massage oils, towels, equipment, and supplies before each session.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards of treatment rooms and equipment.
- Promote and upsell spa treatments, memberships, packages, and retail products.
- Maintain accurate customer treatment records and appointment details.
- Follow company SOPs, hygiene protocols, and service standards at all times.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a spa, wellness centre, hotel spa, or massage establishment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of various massage techniques and body treatments.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Physically fit and able to perform treatments for extended periods.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
