The Spa Therapist delivers exceptional guest care by performing professional massage therapies and body treatments according to established brand standards. This role requires comprehensive product knowledge, meticulous attention to hygiene and equipment upkeep, and a proactive commitment to creating memorable guest experiences.

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, establishing positive rapport and addressing them by name.
• Perform high-quality massage therapies and body treatments strictly adhering to standard operating and training manuals.
• Answer guest inquiries accurately, explaining the benefits and advantages of treatments and retail products.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully functional treatment rooms and equipment at all times.
• Participate in departmental training sessions, demonstrations, and continuous professional development programs.

• Maintain accurate daily records in the Therapist Log Book and complete assigned administrative tasks promptly.
• Comply fully with company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene, health, sanitation, and fire safety regulations across all work areas.
• Uphold professional grooming standards and report for duty punctually with the designated uniform and name badge.
• Collaborate seamlessly across departments and carry out additional duties as assigned by management.
