Once you’re in, there are no limits on where your career could take you.Key Responsibilities:Deliver spa services in an efficient, friendly and professional manner according to Spa protocolsWelcome guests warmly, anticipate their needs and be a trusted contact for anything from bill issues to local knowledgeKnow all services, products and costs so you can upsell and rebook guests and recommend retail itemsPerform Spa Reception duties including reservations, cashiering, phone calls and general enquiriesFollow safety procedures and report all incidents and maintenance to the Spa Manager or SupervisorKeep treatment rooms, change rooms, wet areas, reception and back of house areas clean and tidy, and assist colleagues and other departments as requiredWhat You’ll Bring:Diploma in Beauty Therapy and/or Cert IV in Massage and/or previous experience as a spa therapist within a resort or hotel environmentExperience and confidence in delivering facial and body treatmentsExcellent time management skills and the ability to adapt and personalise treatments to guests’ concernsExcellent attention to detail and a professional standard of presentationA good understanding of spa culture and the health and well-being industryThe ability to remain calm under pressure, with great problem solving skillsDemonstrated customer service skills and a proven track record in retail salesFlexibility to assist in other areas of the hotel if the job requiresHow You Work:Daymaker ethos: no one’s too big for the small things.Resilient and solutions-focused: stays calm, moves fast.Growth mindset: learns, shares, and levels up others.Perks from Day One:As part of EVT, you unlock Elevate Perks from your first day.
