Spanish Customer Support Specialist – Digital Advertising | Lisbon, Portugal

We are hiring Spanish and English-speaking professionals for an on-site customer support opportunity in Lisbon.

Base salary: €920 gross × 14 payments

Additional benefits:

• €2,000 welcome bonus, paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year.
• €7.63 food allowance per working day.
• €40 attendance bonus over 11 months.

Your responsibilities:

• Assist customers with digital advertising and social media-related queries.
• Provide support with advertising campaigns and platform-related issues.
• Help customers understand digital advertising products and services.
• Deliver professional customer service and resolve queries effectively.

Requirements:

• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Experience in digital marketing or paid campaign management.
• Previous contact-centre or customer service experience, preferably supporting an advertising technology company.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital advertising concepts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Availability for rotational shifts.

Working schedule:
Initially, shifts will be 07:00–16:00 or 10:00–19:00, Monday to Sunday. A future 24/7 rotational schedule with two rotating days off may be introduced.

A degree in Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
