What you'll do
- Help customers with account management, billing questions and technical troubleshooting
- Give accurate information about the platform's products, services and features
- Find the right solution quickly and make sure every customer leaves happy
- Meet quality and customer satisfaction targets as part of a supportive, multicultural team
What you bring
- Full fluency in Castilian Spanish plus one of the following:
- Catalan / Valencian
- Basque
- Galician
- English at B1 level or higher (training is in English)
- Great communication skills and a passion for helping people
- Comfortable with technology and digital platforms
- Flexibility for 24/7 rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
