About the role
Cross Border Talents is seeking Spanish-speaking Customer Support Specialists for a B2B project in the digital advertising industry in Lisbon. You will work with business customers who use online advertising tools, helping them with campaign-related questions, account support and platform issues. This position is suited to candidates who already understand paid advertising or have worked in a customer service environment connected to digital products.
Key responsibilities
Assist business customers with advertising platform inquiries.
Support questions related to paid campaigns and account management.
Provide guidance on platform tools and basic troubleshooting.
Communicate with customers through the available support channels and document each case.
Requirements
Fluent Spanish.
Good English or Catalan, depending on the specific team.
Experience with paid campaign management or digital marketing.
Previous AdTech, contact-centre or customer service experience is valued.
Familiarity with social media and online advertising.
A valid Portuguese residence permit and legal authorisation to work in Portugal are required.
Work conditions
Location: Lisbon, Portugal.
On-site role.
Rotational 24/7 schedule, Monday to Sunday, with two rotating days off.
Relocation support is not provided for this opening.
