Job Description

- Position Title: Spare Parts Coordinator
- Working Location: Ubi (nearest MRT – MacPherson)
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8:30am – 6.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Source and purchase machinery spare parts, components, and general supplies.
- Request and compare quotations from local and overseas suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain accurate purchasing records.
- Follow up with suppliers on order status and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment.
- Verify invoices, delivery orders, and purchasing documents.
- Maintain supplier information and support supplier evaluation.
- Handle other purchasing and administrative duties as assigned.

- Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent.
- Prior purchasing, procurement, or spare-parts sourcing experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to follow up independently.
