Voxtechs, a technology consultancy, is hiring a Software Engineer to design and implement end-to-end features for an international client using Spec-Driven Development — React/TypeScript on the frontend and Python/FastAPI on the backend, with Kafka/Flink stream processing, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, MongoDB, and microservices on OpenShift.

Job Description
For our international industry-leading client, we are looking for a Software Engineer who will design and implement end-to-end frontend(React/TypeScript) and backend(Python/FastAPI) software features using Spec-Driven Development (SDD) practices.
Requirements
- B.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering or a related area,
- Minimum 5 years of experience,
- Experience in Spec-Driven Development (SDD) practices.
- High proficiency in Python, with strong hands‑on experience in FastAPI.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React.
- Strong command of stream processing principles, preferably with Apache Flink, including stateful processing, time windows, watermarks, and checkpointing.
- Experience in REST and WebSocket API design, along with schema validation frameworks (e.g., Pydantic)
- Strong SQL proficiency and hands‑on experience working with PostgreSQL
- Hands‑on operational experience with at least one columnar analytical database (preferably ClickHouse)
- Backend development with JAVA, Spring Boot, hibernate, microservices,
- Expreience in MICROSERVICE ARCHITECTURE and development.
- Experience in Apache KAFKA.
- Experience in OCP (Openshift Container Platform)
- Proficiency in postgreSQL as an RDBMS and mongoDB as a NoSQL database.
- Experience with version control system(e.g., Git)
