Friday 3:00pm – 9:00pm
Saturday 9:00am – 9:00pm
Sunday 9:00am – 9:00pm
Compensation & Benefits:

Essential Functions: The Special Operations Coordinator is focused on coordinating security for private charter flights traveling throughout the U.S. The position is responsible for scheduling, planning, and logistics for charter operations.
- Operations coordination: Plan and coordinate security coverage for private charter flights throughout the U.S.
- Scheduling: Ensure security personnel are assigned to every required shift and location without coverage gaps.
- Communication: Act as the connection point between clients, sales, security leadership, supervisors, and field staff.
- Attention to detail: Track schedules, staffing, changes, and last-minute adjustments accurately.
- Problem-solving: Handle call-offs, staffing shortages, schedule changes, and operational issues quickly.
- Technology skills: Use computers and scheduling/communication systems extensively to manage operations.
- Leadership support: Assist security management with both Private Charter Security Services and Cargo Security Supervision.
- High-pressure multitasking: Manage numerous calls and changing priorities while maintaining complete security coverage.
Staff in the Special Operations Department are subjected to working in all environments, with a variety of clients, high-stress situations for complex projects which demand analytical skills, logical reasoning, and excellent communication skills as a part of the security infrastructure in the above cited contracts.
