Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Data analysis
- Report-making
- Automation implementation
- Maintain confidentiality of all company production-related information
- Report high-risk quality events based on data analysis to the supervisor
- Report unsafe behaviors or process deviation to the supervisor
- Escalate to higher management if direct supervisor makes mistakes without corrective actions
- Provide factual, data-supported feedback to management.
- Proactively resolve issues within assigned authority
- Provide improvement suggestions
Education & Experience
- Bachelor degree, prefer in data analysis, statistics, mathematics, computer science, information technology or related fields
- No prior working experience required
- 1+ years of experience in similar role at international manufacturing company is a plus
Skills
- Strong analytical and logical thinking
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Advance Excel, Minitab, Power BI, Advance Power Point)
- Power BI dashboard design and data modeling
- VBA or automation scripting is a strong advantage
- Good communication and teamwork
- Accurate in performing tasks
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Ability to communicate and work in English
- Chinese communication is a plus.
- Familiar with SAP ME, ERP, Oracle system is a plus.
- Ability to handle workload pressure with a structured, analytical approach.
- Readiness for change and continuous improvement mindset.
