Specialist, Client Processing Representative
Summary
Processes client transactions, resolves inquiries, and analyzes data to improve brokerage operations at a large financial services firm.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Execute client transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high standard of service by demonstrating expertise in client processing.
- Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to BNY's service standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Analyze transaction data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization, contributing to operational excellence.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and BNY policies to ensure compliance in all client interactions.
- Support initiatives aimed at enhancing the client experience, aligning with BNY's focus on innovation and client trust.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience.
- Experience in brokerage processing preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret transaction data and identify improvement opportunities.
