Specialist– Cybersecurity (Project Delivery, Security)
Summary
Delivers end-to-end cybersecurity professional services to enterprise clients at HKBN JOS in Kwun Tong: designing tailored solutions, installing and deploying NGFW, VPN, XDR, ZTNA, WAF, ADC and PAM, managing security projects, and providing troubleshooting and post-implementation support.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver end-to-end cybersecurity professional services across various domains, such as:
Network Security: Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW), Virtual Private Network (VPN)
Endpoint Security: Extended Detection and Response (XDR), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
Application Security: Web Application Firewall (WAF), Application Delivery Controller (ADC)
Privileged Access Management (PAM)
Understand customer environments and design tailored cybersecurity solutions
Provide technical consultation, solution installation and deployment, training, and documentation
Manage cybersecurity projects using industry best practices and ensure timely delivery
Conduct troubleshooting, provide post-implementation support, and collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and clients
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree or above in Information Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in post-sales role of cybersecurity solutions deployment
Candidates with less experience are welcome to apply and may be considered for the Specialist level
Hold at least one relevant vendor certification (e.g. Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, F5, Yunke, Impreva, Sangfor, Hillstone, CyberArk, etc.) – preferred but not mandatory
Strong communication and client-facing skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese mandatory, Mandarin is a plus)
Experience in project management or client engagement is preferred but not required
Solid understanding of enterprise-level security technologies and deployment scenarios
