• Manage order execution by tracking orders from placement to delivery, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Collaborate across functions with Supply Chain, Logistics, and other stakeholders to resolve operational issues and support timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain customer engagement through proactive delivery notifications and clear communication regarding order progress, changes, or delays.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance by maintaining records in SAP ERP, Power Apps, and related systems while adhering to established processes and guidelines.
  
  

You have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel; knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, and basic automation tools.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and exposure to order entry, validation, and order tracking processes
• Ukrainian language skills

• Basic understanding of supply chain, logistics, or order management workflows.
