Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat various blood disorders, including anemia, clotting disorders, hemophilia, and hematologic malignancies.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's condition.
- Perform bone marrow biopsies and other diagnostic procedures as required.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Provide patient education regarding disease processes, treatments, and management strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest advances in hematology and participate in clinical research activities.
- Maintain thorough and accurate medical documentation in compliance with healthcare guidelines and standards.
Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited institution with specialization in hematology.
- Board certification or equivalent qualification in hematology is preferred.
- Valid medical license to practice in the UAE, specifically Sharjah.
- Proven experience in managing a broad spectrum of blood disorders and hematological conditions.
- Proficiency in performing diagnostic procedures pertinent to hematology.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
