We are seeking a highly skilled specialist interventional radiologist to join our hospitals in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing minimally invasive image-guided procedures to diagnose and treat various medical conditions, utilizing cutting-edge radiological techniques. Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide range of interventional radiology procedures including biopsies, angiography, embolization, drainage, and catheter placements under image guidance techniques such as ultrasound, CT, and fluoroscopy.
  • Interpret diagnostic imaging studies and provide expert consultations to referring physicians.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans and optimize patient outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and radiation protection standards for patients and staff.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, findings, and patient care records.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research, and continuing medical education activities.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior radiology staff and residents.
  • Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification or specialization in radiology and additional fellowship/training in interventional radiology.
  • Valid UAE medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure for radiology practice.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a specialist interventional radiologist in a reputable healthcare facility.
  • Proficiency in performing a variety of interventional radiology procedures with strong clinical judgment and technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety and continuous professional development.
