Job description

Modelling and developing robotic processes during the project development stage.
Updating and maintaining developer standards around RPA best practices.
Mentoring and guiding peers via code reviews, development sessions, and pair programming.
Investigating and documenting better practices or alternative solutions that could be used in future development.
Implementing RPA applications according to requirements and business needs.
Defining inputs and outputs to RPA process automations as per customer needs.
Designing RPA applications according to preset requirements and best practices.
Deploying, testing, and verifying deployments of RPA applications.
Supporting operations of RPA applications.

Skills description

Educational background: B.Sc. in the field of computer science, engineering, or a similar field related to business applications. ITI graduation is an added plus.

Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position or software development role.

Technical proficiency:

  • Experience architecting and developing workflow-based solutions or functionality.
  • Experience with web development technologies is preferential.
  • Experience with RPA software (e.g., Blue Prism, UiPath, WorkFusion) is advantageous.
  • Willingness to learn and become an expert in RPA and other automation technologies.
  • Experience leading a team.
  • Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
