We are seeking a dedicated specialist in sports medicine to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and preventing sports-related injuries, providing comprehensive care to athletes and active individuals. This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and promote long-term health and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of sports injuries and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, trainers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and health maintenance.
• Perform procedures such as joint injections and other interventional treatments as required.
• Stay current with advances in sports medicine and apply evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records.
• Participate in community outreach and educational activities related to sports health.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of residency training in sports medicine, orthopedics, or related field.
• Board certification in sports medicine preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in sports medicine or related specialty.
• Strong knowledge of injury diagnosis, management, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
