Specialist/ T&L support adm doc and outbound by product
ArcelorMittal Business Center of Excellence is looking for candidates for a position of
CX Specialist with Dutch (support administration)
This set of tasks mainly involves the administrative part of issuing various types of shipping documents (manifests, bill of lading, T2L documents, riverwaybills, customs documents, …) and related for various transport modi (truck, barge, sea vessel).
The task also requires consultation and collection of documents for various kinds for multiple reasons (eg audits).
The task also includes the full scope of vessel disbursement for cluster AM Belgium. The required customs and shipping documents must be correctly prepared and submitted on time to avoid demurrage, ensure the goods can be dispatched and cleared, arrive on schedule, and be properly recorded in accounting (dispatch, stock, invoicing, transport costs), so that payment can be collected smoothly and on time (collections/credits).
Key responsibilities:
Create, distribute and update required documents. Documents must be created in a swift, effective and timely manner.
Manage transport documented related to Letter of Credit business.
In case of audits (both internal and external) assistance from the document team is required to retrieve and present the AM Belgium created documents.
Interaction with local customs on export flows is frequent, both active communication to but also reactive communication with local customs
Invoice control and verification for lightering activities.
Yearly renewal / reconfirmation of the document by all road carriers.
Our expectations:
Good level Dutch & English
Experience with systems such as SAP, ISLA, INCA, Customs applications and TMS is important for processing transport data, invoices, and master data.
Strong IT skills: proficient in MS Office (Excel,...), knowledge of BW/BI tools
Knowledge of Customs and Transport Procedures - Understand customs regulations, certificates of origin, and documentary credit requirements. Prepare documents according to international standards
