Specialist - Treasury, Banking & Compliance

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure that all Exports, Imports, Overseas Direct Investments and FDI transactions involving the company are in Compliance with FEMA and RBI regulations thereon.
• To bring Banking services to meet the requirements of Businesses across the globe and leverage Banking relations for the best interests of the Organisation.
• FEMA compliance.
• Co-ordinating with Banks for opening, closing, updation of signatories and other documentation for bank accounts
• Managing relationship with Banks and its officials;
• Co-ordinating for monthly service review meetings for feedback and updates
• Maintenance of central repository of accounts held by subsidiaries/ branches or representative offices in India and overseas
• Driving projects on Digitisation of Trade documents and automation of Banking activities

Educational Qualification

CA/ MBA with 2- 5 years of experience

Business Understanding:

• Understanding of master directions and guidelines from RBI and various regulators
• Good understanding of Banking terminology, practices and regulations
• Understanding the company operations vis-à-vis prevailing trade regulations.

Knowledge:

• Good Knowledge of FEMA Regulations.
• Understanding of RBI Master Directions and guidelines issued by various regulatory bodies.
• Practical knowledge and thorough understanding of formalities, requirements and regulations of various regulatory authorities like RBI etc.
