About the Role
Tytanic Engineering Limited is seeking an experienced Specification & Business Development Executive (Architect) to drive business development, build relationships with architects, consultants, developers, and project owners, and promote KEIM Mineral Coating Systems across project opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business opportunities with architects, consultants, developers, and project owners.
- Promote KEIM Mineral Coating Systems and secure product specifications.
- Identify and pursue new project and client opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders.
- Support business development and project acquisition activities.
- Travel within Nigeria and internationally as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a relevant field.
- 3–5 years of post-NYSC experience.
- Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2); 2:1 preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.
- Strong business development and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel within Nigeria and internationally.
