About the Role
As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Small Steps, you’ll partner with families and fellow clinicians to evaluate and support children with speech, language, communication, voice, fluency, social communication, and feeding/swallowing needs. You’ll develop individualized treatment plans, provide direct therapy, document progress, and coach caregivers to support carryover at home and in the child’s natural environment.

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field• Current state licensure/certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist• Strong communication, documentation, and clinical reasoning skills• Commitment to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach
