Sports Bar/ADR Cook II

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Efficiently operate all stations in the Sports Bar/ADR kitchen.
• Follow directions from the Sports Bar/ADR Lead Cook
• Follow standardized recipes for the Sports Bar/ADR.
• Maintain the flexibility to work any station and shift as required.
• Ensure the kitchen area is always clean, sanitary and up to health code standards.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations.
• Keep all food storage areas clean, organized, labeled and dated.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, floors, workstations and food prep areas are clean and organized.
• Work according to Sports Bar/ADR procedures.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with kitchen staff, chefs and other team members, maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
• Understand and complete all assigned tasks.
• Contribute to team efforts.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
