Spring Boot Backend Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
  

• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
  

• Develop business logic, backend services, and reusable components.
  

• Work with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
  

• Implement database operations using Spring Data JPA and Hibernate.
  

• Develop secure applications using authentication and authorization mechanisms.
  

• Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and production errors.
  

• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
  

• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product teams.
  

• Use Git for version control and participate in code reviews.
  

• Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  

• Maintain technical documentation and support application deployment.
  

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Java programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
  

• Hands-on knowledge of Spring Boot and the Spring Framework.
  

• Understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP methods, and JSON.
  

• Knowledge of Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.
  

• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
  

• Understanding of exception handling, collections, and multithreading.
  

• Knowledge of Maven or Gradle for dependency management.
  

• Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
  

• Understanding of unit testing using JUnit and Mockito.
  

• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
