Strong experience in administering Microsoft SQL Server (2016/2019/2022)
Proven experience delivering end-to-end SQL Server migration projects
Hands-on experience implementing and managing high availability solutions based on SQL Server Always On Availability Groups
Practical experience working with Windows Server Failover Clustering in database environments
Experience designing and operating backup and recovery strategies for SQL Server
Ability to diagnose and improve SQL Server performance in complex environments
Experience configuring and supporting high availability and disaster recovery setups
Experience coordinating complex technical initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
Understanding of enterprise IT governance, change management, and risk management practices
Very good command of English, both spoken and written
Nice to have:
Experience working with T-SQL in administrative and operational contexts
Experience automating repetitive database or infrastructure tasks (e.g. scripting)
Familiarity with database migration tools and approaches used in enterprise environments
Experience in performance and capacity planning for SQL Server platforms
Experience working with monitoring and observability tools in database environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple migration activities in parallel
Structured and analytical problem-solving approach
