Sr Advanced SW Architect

As a Sr Advanced SW Architect here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading the architectural design and development of complex software systems, ensuring they align with business objectives and scalability requirements. Your role will involve providing technical guidance to project teams, driving innovation through prototyping, and exploring new technologies to integrate cutting-edge solutions into our software architectures.

In this role, you will impact the strategic direction of our software systems, optimizing their performance and ensuring they meet high standards of reliability and maintainability. By collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into effective software architectures, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and the overall success of Honeywell in the dynamic technology landscape.

Tech skills :

• Experience in Architecture, design patterns, analyzing workload requirement, consumption strategy, migration, audit, and monitoring, etc.
• Proven experience with Azure PaaS services, Azure SQL, Containers, networking, AAD, storage, migration, RBAC, IoT solutions, messaging support, etc.
• Hands-on experience on Cognitive services, AI/ML stack will be a plus
• Experience in serverless architecture, microservices and relational/NoSQL/Document databases
• Strong web development experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core and able to troubleshoot complex scenarios (code optimization, network issues, design issues, etc.)
• Experience in Cyber Security will be advantage
• Hands-on experience on Cognitive services, AI/ML stack will be a plus
• Agile software development using industry leading toolset like JIRA, Bamboo, GIT, etc.
• Deep understanding of Cloud platforms, HTTP protocol and asynchronous processing
• A passion for technology and insatiable appetite to learn, learn-it-all attitude
• Strong communication skills, ability to write technical docs and present ideas
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Team player, mentor and develop others by learning and sharing
• Deep customer empathy, customer-first mind set, ready to work with customer on early prototypes/MVOs

YOU MUST HAVE

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture and development
• Mastery level knowledge in design principles, architectural patterns, and coding standards
• Expert in multiple programming languages and technologies
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and lead indirect reports by influence
