シニア工程管理マネジャーおよびそのチームは、お客様のご注文を確実に取り扱う事に責任を持ちます。その中でシニア工程管理マネジャーはメンバーを十分に教育する事、またメンバーが仕事に専念できるように彼らのニーズと向き合う事が求められます。 加えて、この仕事の最も重要なポイントは、迅速に変化をリードしていく事にあります。
