Sr. Associate Manager, Regional Marketing Calendar & Social
The Calendar Manager is responsible for defining, owning, and executing the regional marketing and social media calendar for KFC Latin America & Caribbean, translating brand strategy and positioning into disciplined, high-impact execution across markets. The Calendar Manager plays a critical role in ensuring calendar excellence, executional rigor, and brand consistency across markets through strong campaign leadership, agency management, and close collaboration with franchisees and cross-functional partners.
Calendar Strategy & Execution
• Own and manage the regional marketing calendar, ensuring disciplined execution of approved plans across markets.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on new concepts, concept layers, dayparts, and major new product initiatives, including timeline and budget coordination.
• Capture and adopt best practices from within the region and globally to continuously improve calendar-led execution.
Campaign & Creative Management (Primary Accountability)
• Direct and approve advertising and sales promotion materials in partnership with agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure campaign planning, content development, and social media activation are fully integrated within the regional marketing calendar.
• Lead day-to-day creative processes, ensuring high craft in messaging, content, and execution.
• Monitor, evaluate, and challenge agency performance, recommending changes or improvements as needed.
Regional Social Media Strategy & Market Guidance
• Define and own the regional social media strategy in line with KFC brand positioning, communication priorities, and cultural ambition.
• Establish a monthly social content framework aligned to the marketing calendar, including guidance on content themes, formats, and campaign amplification.
• Provide clear, actionable regional guidance and best practices to markets to elevate relevance, consistency, and impact of social media execution.
• Guide and challenge markets to deliver locally relevant but brand‑aligned executions that modernize the brand and strengthen cultural connection.
• Champion social media as a core brand‑building and communication channel within the region.
• Partner with creative and social agencies to raise standards of craft, storytelling, and effectiveness across platforms.
• Monitor regional social trends and performance signals to continuously refine strategy, content guidance, and executional recommendations.
Regional Collaboration & Forums
• Support and actively participate in Regional Marketing Meetings with franchisees, providing calendar updates, execution guidance, best practices, and planning details.
• Act as a reliable point of reference for markets on upcoming activity, readiness, and execution expectations.
• Consult and liaise with franchise organizations (i.e. RMF Board and Adboard) to enable effective planning, execution and maximization of marketing programs.

Must-Have Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field. • Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, including prior experience in a creative, advertising, or digital/social agency environment, or a strong agency-style background.
• Demonstrated ability to lead creative processes, manage agencies, and elevate brand communications execution.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, follow-through, and executional rigor.
• Strong teamwork, influencing, communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working across cultures and markets.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in QSR, CPG, or multi-market consumer brands.
• Experience in corporate and/or strategic planning is preferred.
• Exposure to regional or international marketing environments.
• Experience working with franchise organizations.
Salary Range: $110,500 to $163,060 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
