Sr. Backend Developer - Java

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in building scalable microservices and managing production-grade backend applications.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of 2-3 PTCS microservices.
• Design and develop scalable REST APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement Kafka producers and consumers for push notifications and email pipelines.
• Integrate with external systems such as BSS, ASM, ATG, FCM/Firebase, and HashiCorp Vault.
• Optimize MySQL queries and application performance.
• Manage Docker, Kubernetes deployments, Helm charts, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and technical documentation.
• Support production incidents and mentor junior developers.

Requirements:

• Required Skillset: Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, Kubernetes.
• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka, and MySQL.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD.
• Knowledge of JWT, OAuth2, automated testing, and Agile methodologies.
• Telecom domain experience with BSS/OSS integrations is an advantage.
