Senior backend engineer builds and maintains scalable, secure microservices and REST APIs on Azure using Kotlin/Java and Kubernetes, with IaC and CI/CD pipelines.

SKILLS REQUIRED
Strong Experience with Infrastructure Operations (InfraOps) tools and practices, such as:
oTerraform Cloud/Enterprise
oAzure DevOps
oGitHub Actions
oJenkins
oAnsible
oKubernetes
oHelm
oArgoCD or similar GitOps tools
•Hands-on experience with Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), including provisioning and managing cloud resources.
•Good to have proficiency in Kotlin, with additional experience in Java (Spring Boot, Spring Security) and JavaScript/Node.js.
•7 to 8+ years of backend software engineering experience designing and developing scalable, resilient, and secure applications.
•Strong experience building and maintaining REST APIs, Microservices, Event-Driven Architectures, and integration services.
•Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and containerized application deployment.
•Strong understanding of cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
•Experience implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies.
•Hands-on experience with JUnit, Cucumber, BDD, and automated testing frameworks.
•Familiarity with observability and operational tooling such as logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
