Sr. Business Development executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Bidder(2+yrs) to generate business opportunities through online platforms and client outreach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying leads, submitting proposals, and converting prospects into long-term clients across digital marketing, web, mobile, and CMS projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and bids on relevant projects through platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, etc.
  
• Analyse client requirements and prepare customized proposals for:
  
  • Website development (WordPress, Shopify, custom builds)
    
  • Mobile app development (iOS, Android, cross-platform)
    
  • CMS-based solutions
    
  • Digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing)
    
• Communicate with the clients to understand project scope, timelines, and budgets
  
• Negotiate pricing and close deals
  
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track bidding performance
  
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate project estimation
  
• Build long-term client relationships and identify repeat business opportunities
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in bidding or business development in IT services
  
• Strong understanding of:
  
  • Web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS platforms)
    
  • Mobile app development lifecycle
    
  • Digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, SMM)
    
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to write compelling proposals and cover letters.
  
• Familiarity with bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, fiver etc.).
  
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
