Sr. Consultant - Recruitment

 Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social media platforms and professional networks)
 Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
 Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
 Generating Offer Letter though Quess Paperless on boarding portal.
 Assisting candidate on their on-boarding joining formalities.
 Assisting candidates in whole process of their recruitment, starting from a candidate’s lineup till they joined.
 Day to day productivity reporting to Manager with daily report & daily performance report.
