The Senior Customer Marketing Specialist to drive digital demand generation and customer engagement across Asia Pacific (excl. China). This role will focus on Google and LinkedIn campaigns, Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and pipeline growth, while also supporting event execution and sales alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Demand Generation

• Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Hybrid) and LinkedIn.
• Optimize campaigns through persona targeting, A/B testing, and performance tracking.
• Drive lead generation, nurturing, and pipeline conversion.
• Collaborate on content and landing pages aligned to customer personas.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

• Develop and execute ABM programs for strategic accounts.
• Create personalized campaigns to drive engagement and pipeline.
• Track account engagement and ROI.

Event Marketing & Execution

• Plan and execute customer and industry events (trade shows, conferences, webinars).
• Manage event logistics, vendors, and booth execution.
• Integrate digital campaigns with events to maximize ROI.

Sales Collaboration

• Partner with sales teams to align campaigns with revenue goals.
• Ensure effective lead handoff and follow-up.
• Support sales with insights, leads, and marketing collateral.

Performance & Analytics

• Track campaign performance, ROI, and pipeline impact.
• Build reports on leads, conversions, and efficiency.
• Drive data-driven optimization of all marketing activities.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

• 10–12 years in B2B marketing, with strong digital focus.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Experience in ABM strategy and execution.
• Familiarity with marketing automation (Marketo/HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce).
• Experience in event marketing and cross-functional collaboration.
