Where You’ll Work
Hybrid: This position is based in one of the below locations and candidates should reside within reasonable commuting distance, as this role requires on-site presence at least six days per month.

What You'll Deliver
Develop and execute the global go-to-market strategy, aligning capacity planning, organizational design, and commercial initiatives to accelerate revenue growth and improve margins.
Design a scalable GTM operating model with clear ownership, accountability, and cross-functional alignment.
Partner with executive leadership to drive GTM strategy, organizational effectiveness, and business performance.
Lead quota, territory, and goal planning to align sales resources with company financial objectives.
Build best-in-class forecasting, pipeline management, and predictive analytics to improve forecast accuracy and revenue visibility.
Deliver actionable reporting and KPI dashboards that enable data-driven decisions and focus the business on leading SaaS performance indicators.
Design and optimize sales compensation programs that align performance, incentives, and business strategy.
Drive continuous improvement across GTM processes, systems, and performance to increase productivity and operational excellence.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, HR, and Legal to optimize pricing, contracting, and quote-to-cash operations.

What You'll Bring
Four-year college degree from an accredited institution in finance, engineering or business
Minimum 10 years of sales operations experience in high-growth Enterprise B2B SaaS companies
Experience managing rigorous corporate programs applying standard SaaS sales benchmarks.
Experience leading in high-growth environments, managing through change, frequent M&A and ambiguity.
Experience with GTM tools like Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and others.

Pay Transparency for Illinois, Colorado, and New Jersey Applicants
The base salary range for this role is $180,000 to $217,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
Pay Transparency for Ontario Applicants
The base salary range for this role is $246,000 to $297,000 CAD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to earn commission based on performance. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plan with company match, and incentive and recognition programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.
