Summary
Oversee and maintain critical facility systems like HVAC, power, and water treatment for a semiconductor plant, ensuring uninterrupted operations and regulatory compliance.
Work with Facilities Manager to manage Facilities operations of the site.
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of HVAC (Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning) System, NVCA (Nitrogen, Vacuum & Compressed Dry Air) System, PWS (Power System) and all Auxiliary equipment for the uninterrupted supply of these utilities to the entire plant particularly production operation, general offices, and all other support areas.
- Supports the operations and maintenance of Wastewater Treatment Plant, Reverse Osmosis/ Deionized Water System, Domestic Water System, Sewage Treatment Plant, Air Fume Scrubber and Fire Protection System.
- Oversees and implements continuous facilities improvements, orderly and safe central plant/machine rooms, and continuous facilities cost savings and energy conservation measures.
- Interfaces with environmental, health and safety (EHS) and other departments to develop programs that ensures regulatory compliance to all environmental protection procedures.
- Consults with manufacturing and equipment engineering personnel to determine utilities & environmental requirements for new or modified production areas.
